Our stated purpose is:

• Create, promote, support and maintain educational programs within and without the industry to support and improve the technology and quality of the products of the industry; and
  
• Create, promote and maintain a distinct identity and visibility of the industry locally, nationally, and internationally, and its importance to the business climate and economic growth of Oregon.

Regular Members

• Opportunity to provide training to your employees that is specifically sheet metal related through classes sponsored by the OPMFA and offered at a discount to members.
  
• Web site presence for your company through the Association for viewing by prospective customers
  
• Annual wage and benfit survey that is industry specific, free of charge to members. (The cost to obtain this information-if you could for our industry- could exceed annual dues)
  
• Potential long term employment opportunity of Summer Technology Camp interns in addition to providing summer vacation support
  
• Paid tuition for member companies hiring Summer Technology Camp interns
  
• Quarterly seminars, the morning of our OPMFA meetings, involving subjects that are of interest to the industry at little or no cost to member companies
  

  Must be a company directly involved in the Manufacture of precision metal products. Dues Are $100 per year plus $5 per employee (involved in the fabrication and administration thereof). Maximum dues $500 per company per year. Dues are $100 per year for manufacturers located more than 100 miles away.

Associate Members

• Opportunity to interact with Regular Members to develop widened contact base at association meetings
  
• Specific time on the agenda of quarterly meetings to update attendees of things of interest going on in your business
  
• Potential opportunity to be involved in a quarterly seminar specifically held for Associate Members to present their products/services
  
  Suppliers of products, machinery or services to the metal fabrication industry. Dues are $250 per year. Dues are $100 per year with representation more than 100 miles away. Dues for sole proprietorship associate members are also $100 per year.
